[TYPO3] can't uninstall the ch_is_templates plugin

I have installed the ch_is_templates plugin in typo3 v4.0 to alter my 
search plugins but the plugin is giving a php error on the FE when i 
try to search..

And when i try to uninstall it, it doesn' t show up in the EXT manager, 
is there a way to uninstall it manually?
