[TYPO3] Typo3 vs other CMSs

The so called expert in IBM who wrote this is definitely a LAMER of Typo3.

I've been inspired by CSS Zen Garden (www.csszengarden.com) and I've 
made some universal templates which are completely tableless and fully 
controlled by CSS.
