[TYPO3] Embedding phpBB in typo3-based website

Hi List,
I want to integrate phpBB in our typo3-based website. No complicated 
things, I just want to keep the template header, the menu etc. the same 
-> so if the FE user clicks on the menu item 'board', phpBB will be 
displayed in the content area. And if the user continues to use the 
board, phpBB should stay embedded in the website structure.

I assume this is possible, but how to get it done?
