[TYPO3] Typo3 4.0 Install Problems

Still no luck :(

It's wierd because I think the cause is not the upgrade, because the 
same was happening before the upgrade.  None of the links work..

Though when I go to the 'View' in the AdminCP, I can see the pages and 
how they look, and edit them, etc - but I can't access them in the front 
end through a url.

Maybe this has something to do with RealURL?  Do I have to change 
settings in RealURL or any other places when I change the base URL, or 
move the site?
