[TYPO3] Port 443 problem

It means that port 443 is already in use on your system. May be you have 
MS IIS running?

"Normal" Apache + MySQL + PHP package is much more convenient to use. At 
least it does not show such ugly window. It takes 10 minutes to install 
(more for newbie) but it is worth it.
