[TYPO3] Unclear labels for sys_template

Hi

I have tried to translate somw part of the BE,
for example lsbels for sys_template.

But I don't understand all properly


		"template_rootlevel" => "Startinglevel (rootlevel):",

there can be only *one* actual rootlevel - but starting levels can be 
several

		"template_basedOn" => "Include basis templates (field 'basedOn'):",
... to get refence to the label above

		"template_includeStaticAfterBasedOn" => "Include static templates 
AFTER basis templates (field 'basedOn', which will be defined later in 
this form):",

I didn't understood what basedOn means *before* looking TCA

"Default (Include before if Root-flag is set)"

But I don't understand, what that really means

"Include before" - *before what templates*???

all other templates, all basis templates


		"template_static_file_mode.0" => "Default (Include before this 
template record if Root-flag is set)",

have I now understood that correctly???


Labels for 'sys_templates' are paritally extremely bad and unclear.

I have not never changed default behaviors
I have never understood properly all labels and I have tried
to make more exact original labels and some translations.
It has been annoying to have so bad labels,
that it was impossible to be sure, what
each label really means.
