Some plugins are hard - on top the most difficult ones:

* direct_mail - *extremely* difficult plugin - I have never learned to 
setup it properly - I hate this plugin and I hope I would need newer it,
*really ackward* - exremely bad usability for *everyone* - even Marlies 
Cohen regards it too complex plugin even if she has tutorial for it.
This kind of plugins should *not exists* - in overall example of 
extremely bad plugin development

* tt_products - hard, but not impossible to learn

* tt_news - IMO a little bit complex but not very bad. I use it only if 
mininews doesn't offer enough
