[TYPO3] Search Results only when logged as backend user

Hallo

I have strange problem with the FORM and SEARCHRESULT objects in Typoscript. I created a very special template which integrates the searchform and searchresult directly (via typoscript template) in the page.: 

page.1000 = FORM
page.1000  {
      .....
}
page.2000 = SEARCHRESULT 
page.2000 {
    .....
}

It partly works but only if the viewing user is also logged in as backend user.  So a backend logged in user can search and see the search result. But as soon the page is opend without backend login, no search is processed. Which should mean that nothing happens when pressing the search button. Does anybody has a idea about the reason?
