[TYPO3] TCA and localization of field

Hi,

I've a stupid question: when I develop a new extension I can make some fields of "database 
relations" type fo getting values from another table (of my extension). It works very well.
But if in the referenced table I make some translation records, this translation are showed in the 
combo of "database relations" type field. I want to see only the localization's records of the 
language of the current record under editing.

I've see it is possibile by modify the SQL of the tca.php in the root of my extension directory, 
but, and this is the question, how to get the language ID of the current record under edit in the 
tca.php?
