[TYPO3] Typo deleting html template content

Hello,

I'm running typo 3.8.1 on a redhat 4.0AS server.

I've got a template with this at the footer of the page:

Which, should display this at the bottom of the page:
 A to Z | Readers Connection | Kids | Teens | 50+ | Teachers/Home School
| Bookmobile | Hispanic Connection
Staff Login 

Instead, typo displays this:
A to Z | Readers Connection | Kids | Teens | 50+ | Teachers/Home School
|

(here's the page in question:

Any reason why typo would be deleting the info on there?
