Try TSref page 51 in the PDF or:
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/doc_core_tsref/quot_CONFIG_quot/

if set, the default JavaScript in the header will be removed.
The default JavaScript is the blurLink function and browser detection
variables.

Example:
config.removeDefaultJS = 1
