[TYPO3] Link target (not in RTE)

Hi everybody,

I've searched in the archives how to disable targer="page" when I
write something like <link 156>my link</link> in a table content
element.

I've found many threads about changing default target in the RTE but
no solution is working in my case.

I've edited my CONSTANTS in advanced mode and set this :
    PAGE_TARGET =
    content.pageFrameObj =

I've addes that on top of TSConfig in my root page :
    userLinks.target = ""
and also
    userLinks.target = _self


I don't know how I can have that stuff work.
