there is a dmailer_blabla_cron.php.cron or something like this.
Browse the dmailer extension (I think the cron job is located there) and 
simply "cron it" as often as you want.
NOTICE:
Keep in mind that you should set the interval high enough to let the dmailer 
send those mails.
If you somehow get two concurrent mail runs you will send mails two or three 
or even more times which might annoy your users.
