[TYPO3] Using awstats without config.stat_apache

Hi,

I've search around, but seem all extension of awstats on typo3 are
using the config.stat_apache feature to build a log file.

But usual apache has it own log file too. I think using two log file
for same job(accesslog) is stupid.

Is it possible adding typo3 specific information into apache's access log??
And adding plugin into awstats for analyse these information.

Giving pageid,type,and language to apache log are possible via
header() and "%{Foobar}o"
(http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_log_config.html#formats)

Dennis
