[TYPO3] Searching TYPO3 Freelancers

At first sorry for posting this information, which is a bit off-topic. But I
hope to find interested persons here.

For some upcoming projects we are searching people around the world, who
have experience in:
 -structured implementations in TYPO3 (classic and TemplaVoila)
 -PHP / extension development for TYPO3 (common software development
knowledge / education is welcome)
 -barrierfree XHTML / CSS implementations of screendesigns. (PS knowledge is
welcome too)

You should like working in a team and it should be possible to work as
freelancer (time based or offer based).
