[TYPO3] Different access-level to specific records

Hallo,
(i'm new in this list)

an extension (own) handles records of customers. Customers have more
properties: industry_sector (one or many) and addresses (one or many).

i have to give to typo3-users individual access (write only) to specific
records of customers and individual access to addresses. it should be
possible to give access to customer and addresses or only to customers.

i have problems to do this with usermanagement of typo3.
any idea?
