[TYPO3] disabling maving of pages

I found that it is for Typo3 3.9-dev and I use 3.8.1 (I don't want to
use beta-level CMS) so I must wait?
Or is there so big differencies between 3.8.1 and 3.9-dev that
the crawler would not work in 3.8.1?
