[TYPO3] Confusion... Indexed Search extension

Hi,

I can not seem to find in the online repository the Indexed Search extension.... All I can find are extension that seem to be
add-ons like:

Extended Indexed Search
Indexed Search Engine Templates

Am I missing it, is it already installed?  Is the Indexed Search extension the same as the standard search plugin that you get with
the standard installation?
