[TYPO3] prefixLocalAnchors doesn´t work using RealUrl

Hello,

since we use RealUrl all anchors within a page are unreachable.
Clicking on a link like <a href="#5678">gotop</a> the URL http://www.domain.de/#5678 is built and the page http://www.domain.de is shown.

The TS-code is:
config {
   simulateStaticDocuments = 0
   baseURL=1
   tx_realurl_enable=1
   prefixLocalAnchors = all
}
#config.absRefPrefix = /


The extension Dr.Wiki isn´t installed and "absRefPrefix" is commented out.

It is the only appearance of prefixLocalAnchors in our TS-code, but I didn´t check the code of the installed extensions. 

config.baseURL=0 doesn´t help. It destroys the layout.
      

What might be the reason why prefixLocalAnchors doesn´t work here?
