[TYPO3] Contact form page shall display info of calling page

Hi,

I want to add a link to a contace form on every page of a website.  
Okay, this is no problem, but I want to display some information 
about the page where the link is located on the form page.

Those information (title, a category, ...) shall be sent along with 
the created email, so that I can see, where the user came from.  It 
is used to allow the user to ask questions to a particular page.

Is it possible to realize this?  Is there any existing extension or 
solution which may help me here?
