[TYPO3] [Typo3] How to keep url of page constant?

Hi all,

I notice that typo3 allow many different spell of the url of page.
e.g.
  index.php?id=uid
  index.php?alias
  index.php?uid
  index.php/uid/type/
  index.php/uid.type.html
  realurl/speakurl
  and there are Shortcut Page

Can I diabled some of these, or do a HTTP Redirect.
To make the page has maximum PageRank / client cache hit rate.

It this feature exists in typo3 / any extensions? or I have to make it myself??
