[TYPO3] How to really remove BE users ?

Hi at all.

I found that even if i remove a BE user from BE users admin panel i 
still have it in the database. I found it because td_newsletter consider 
BE users all the record in the BE table.

There's a way to remove BE users from the DB too ?

I'm thinking to remove manually their record from the BE table. Is this 
enough and is this the correct way ? Or i will face some problem, such 
as lost internal info/links/consistency or other issues ?
