[TYPO3] strange GIFBUILDER behaviour

Well I solved the problem.. I posted it already under the install.debianlist

You have to do either the following:
1 ) edit your /etc/apt/sources.list file in order to get also "testing"
packages
  then install "libmagick9" and after that you can install imagemagick
6.2which doesnt show this behaviour
2) (even better) install the graphicsmagick binary from
typo3.sunsite.dk/software/linux/
its working faster and no strange behaviours anymore : )
