[TYPO3] languages and frames - problem

Dear Typo3 Users,

I use TYPO3 Ver. 3.8.0.
I have problem with multi-language sites, when using frames.
Website contains frameset: top, page, menu, bottom, etc..
The frame with content has typeNum=3.
Additional languages are defined.

In TS Setup I added:
config.linkVars = L

# jezyk polski
config.sys_language_uid = 0
config.language = pl
config.locale_all = pl_PL

# english
[globalVar = GP : L = 4]
config.sys_language_uid = 4
config.language = en
config.locale_all = en_EN
[global]

# german
[globalVar = GP : L = 5]
config.sys_language_uid = 5
config.language = de
config.locale_all = de_DE
[global]

When I type this:
http://typo.softrade.com.pl/index.php?id=1437&type=3&L=4, I see the content
of the frame "page" (type=3) in English - OK.

However this:
http://typo.softrade.com.pl/index.php?id=1437&L=4
does not work - there is an error "The page is not configured!" in every
frame. The whole frameset does not work with parameter L=4. :-(

When I comment languages definition in TS Setup, there is no error, but
website is shown in default (polish) language.
