[TYPO3] problem installing ext static_info_tables

I have since up graded to php 5.1.1 from php 5.0.5 and
tried to install both the 1.5 and 1.6 versions of
static info tables.
Can someone please email a copy of versions 1.3 and
1.4 . 
I am using 4.0b
