[TYPO3] problem installing ext static_info_tables

I get the following error message when trying to
install - static info tables found at
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/static_info_tables/
onto typo3 4.0b -(php5, mysql4)

TYPO3 Fatal Error: Extension key "static_info_tables"
was NOT loaded! (t3lib_extMgm::extPath)

Any idea on how to resolve this?
