[TYPO3] part of BE menu disappeared

Sorry for this post - I messed up my localconf.php when looking for another 
error. While debugging, I tried out another configuration of 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'] - which made the mentioned elements 
disappear.
