[TYPO3] Filesize exceeds limit

Hello, i have a problem with images bigger than 1 MB. The upload with 
Element Browser works, also a thumb is created after upload. But its not 
possible to import it to a content page.

The Error:

1: Filesize (1.6 M) of file 
'/home/httpd/vhosts/schani.com/httpdocs/fileadmin/images/euro_disney/Photo_2006_1_9_22_39_28.jpg' 
exceeds limit (1.0 M). (tt_content:277:image)

The maxfilesize value is 10MB.

What can i do to display the pictures ?
