[TYPO3] migration to TYPO3 v4 + TV

Hi Nikolas

I did follow the standard upgrade procedure, but on top of that there are a couple of directories that need to be made under typo3temp/.
So you should check all the links in the install tool, and then you should be fine.

?
If not could you provide informations on what exactly you did?
