[TYPO3] tt_news upgrading problem

Happy new year typo3 !!!!

Does someone have similar trouble?
I have upgreadet tt_news from "classic" 1.0.4 to current 2.2.24,
All seems to be ok, but i cant open "Read more" link [more]

Can it be as a result of empty tt_news_cat table???

If try to add new category -->
*Errors:*
	1: Attempt to insert record on page '[root-level]' (0) where this 
table, tt_news_cat, is not allowed
