[TYPO3] shop system - tt_products - Help!

Hello!

it's second that I'am trying to launch my first typo3 based shop using 
tt_products and so far it seems that I am as far from the success as at 
the beginning.

Maybe you could help me somehow, because I do not know what is really 
going on right now and I may not see some obvious things. Here's what i 
did (mamy times):

- install tt_products with all necessary extensions to typo3conf/ext/
- create a page called My Shop
- create a sysfolder called My Products
- on My Shop Create Content and choose Products
  - in Products configuration choose LIST
  - as a starting point choose My products sys folder
- within My Products create new record
  - create a few new categories and a few new products


As I suppose it should render at least a view of my products on the 
frontend but instead it does nothing - blank screen.

What is also weird, when I look at My Shop Web Page module I see
Plugin: Products
CODE:
so there is no CODE given!! I was trying to type it in using Web List 
module and then choosing to edit CODE field, but it didn't help. 
Frontend is still empty!

I also tried to follow the ideas presented in 
http://tt-products.zedwoo.de/index.php?id=22 but it also led me to nowhere.

I also tried replacing tt_products by zk_products - also no visible effect.

I am totally lost and do not know what to do.
