An easier way could be adding this to your setup:

tt_content.mailform.20.layout = <div class="csc-form-item">###LABEL### 
###FIELD###</div>
tt_content.mailform.20.stdWrap.wrap = |

Try looking in typo3/sysext/css_styled_content/static/setup.txt for more...
