[TYPO3] Error: my fault or a bug?

Okay.  I created a new database, run install, did setup, uploaded template 
and same extensions.  Created a couple of pages and **info shows no error**. 
 
The only difference between this setup and the former is that orginally was 
a 3.8.1 dummy updated to beta2 and then beta3.  The second computer showing 
the error is also a beta2 updated to beta3.
Will populate the new setup and will see if the error appears.  If that ever 
happens again I will post result.
