[TYPO3] Extended Address Database (sg_address)

I just started using  Extended Address Database (sg_address).
I put a Plugin: sg_address_pi1 on a page and made a test address. I put the 
page where the test address is in the Startingpoint of the plugin, but the 
frontend says No records found.

What do I have to do to make this work?

And (how) can I use these addresses for the Direct Mail plugin?
