[TYPO3] How do I get the TER2 working in 4.0beta3

I also had problems with getting TER2 working in 4.0beta3 and before I  
selected this checkbox I was getting following error:
Error in XML parser while decoding extensions XML file. Line 4: Invalid  
character
Now extensions has been successfully imported.
