[TYPO3] change typo3 skin

Hello,

Please if it is possible help me to change the skin of my TYPO3- built site by
using the related extensions. But the problem is where, all available skin
extensions are decorated in left vertical menu, and I look for a horizontal
menu like the site which its URL is as follows:
http://www.ghostweb.dk/zamiam/upload/typotest_screen3.png
