[TYPO3] Create a copy of extension!!

But.. Imagine I have bookdb ext. I want to create "project-ext" that 
have the same features like bookdb-ext(eg. search,insert,edit,... ).the 
problem is that I want to use both ext bookdb and projectdb(new ext 
name) in my site!!!
It seems that I should create a copy and change the code,db and table 
name for project-ext.

???
