[TYPO3] Insert of "css_filelinks" on pages?

Hi,

I have been looking at the extension: "css_filelinks". It looks like the 
extension, that I need, but after I have read the manual - I don't know.

How do I insert a "css_filelinks" modul on a page?
I have been trying "Insert plugin", but it is not possible to chose the 
"css_filelinks"

Are there anybody who have experiences with "css_filelinks", and who wants 
to help me?
