[TYPO3] htmlArea RTE - possible to change Upload Image default location?

Hello,

I'm running a site in typo 3.8.1 and using templavoila .4 and htmlArea
RTE 1.0.1.

When I click on the icon to insert an image into content, there's a text
box and a browse button at the bottom. But, the default location says:
Path: fileadmin/_temp_/ 

Is there a way to change that default to this?:
Path: fileadmin/user_upload/graphics
