[TYPO3] Default Content Element, also in subpages

several typoscript ways - search the list for things like content slide, 
default content, etc

look at the plugin of Bernard Kraft called bk_content_slide (i think). 
As he is a fan of templavolia from what i recall I would be suprised if 
it didnt work with tv.
