[TYPO3] htmlarea rte <h1>Heading</h1>

As a waring I'm not sure if this is the best way to do it, or if it has 
other ramifications by doing it this way - it was justa quick 'hack' 
thaqt i found a few days ago ina n emergency type situation.  So I dont 
know if this is the ebst approach or not.
