[TYPO3] sr_feuser setting start & stop automatically to d & d+365

Well, I don't know of an existing extension that does this, but if you
look at a FE User record, you'll see that there are start and stop
fields as with regular content elements.

In addition, the sr_feuser_register extension can access several hooks
[1] that can be used to run code when the user is created...seems to
me that you could simply update the value of the 'stop' field for the
user in question when they register...
