[TYPO3] HTMLArea not showing up

Well, turns out I'm a moron. I didn't realize HTMLArea was already my
default RTE editor. That's why it didn't change when I installed it.
It was already there. I had just expected more I guess, but that's
because I've never tried Typo3 without it.
