[TYPO3] Where are other versions of source and dummy packages?

Hi,

I don't see dummy 4.0.2 is provided on the download page
http://typo3.org/download/packages/?   Where can I find it?  Another
question, I already have source 4.0.2, can I use dummy 4.0.3 which is
provided on the download page with it?
