[TYPO3] SAVE or SAVE AND CLOSE saves a .php to desktop instead of actually saving.

I just had something similar on Monday in Firefox 2 OSX in a different
php-based web-app. It wasn't every form submission, but it was
consistent in a particular part of the interface. I (think I) fixed it
by restarting the browser, and haven't seen it since...
