[TYPO3] Problem management of the images

Hi,
I use TYPO3 4.0.1 and I created an extension with a title, a text... and
images.
The images are located in the repertory 'fileadmin/images/num_record/'

I have a problem with the management of the images.
Indeed when I modify the text of a record for which I associated images
his creation, the system systematically renovates the name of my images
by adding to it an extension '_01', '_02', '_03'

According to what I could see, the system considers that there is
already an image 'maison.jpg' and thus goes modifies the noun in the bdd
by 'maison_01.jpg'.
What poses a problem of posting since the image on the waiter always
bears the name 'maison.jpg'.

Does there exist a solution to prevent the system to modify the noun of
the image?

Did somebody already encounter this problem?
