[TYPO3] Smallads and russian

Hi list.
I have installed extension ke_smallads, it works fine. There is only one 
problem. It is impossible to add the announcement in Russian. The 
encoding utf8. If to add new announcement through BE - all it is 
excellent, and when I add through FE, all Russian words look like that: 
еÑ.

Who know how to solve this problem?
