[TYPO3] Selection criteria new CMS

Hi all,

Looking at criteria for selecting a CMS for a publishing company I found a couple of surprising "results". According to www.cmsmatrix.org there seems to be no:

1. database replication for better scalability
2. load balancing

I would like to know whether these are true or false and if the first is the case how I can get around this best, if possible at all.
