[TYPO3] Content elements included allways into normal column - default language

It seems like you removed too much in "Allowed excludefields" in group configuration.

The fields for choosing language "Pagecontent: Language" and columns (Pagecontent:
Language - Left,Notmal, etc.) should be always on.
