[TYPO3] strange bug in RealURL

Hello list,

I still have a strange bug in my RealURL installation.
Ans i hope somebody can help me to solve this problem.
If you go to www.geodan.com it's using dutch URL's and www.geodan.es is 
  using dutch URL's too. Sometimes it's using the right URL's but i 
don't know when exactly. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

I use Typo3 4.0.2 and RealURL 1.1.0
